Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please notify us at tsfivehelp@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the item. All returned/exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, scent-free and in the same condition we sent it to you. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
Discounted items are final sale. Leggings, bralettes, earrings, items that go on your head (hats, headbands, hair ties, hair clips, scarves), bath and body items, and straws are all final sale for sanitary reasons.
